Consultation with stakeholders

Fore Street For All CIC is based in Upper Edmonton, which is situated in the south-east of the London Borough of Enfield. Upper Edmonton is in the 10% most deprived wards in England. Fore Street is the focal point of problems associated with high levels of deprivation; it is sadly notorious for prostitution, anti-social behaviour, street drinking, drug dealing, youth violence, burglary, car thefts, high street decline, fly tipping, litter, insecurity, environmental and noise pollution. Yet, there is a strong and active diverse community who are vying to see their high street improve for the benefit of all. We believe that intrinsic to the success of this challenge is the ongoing engagement with local stakeholders. We classify the company’s stakeholders as the local diverse community of Upper Edmonton; residents and businesses. To ensure the success of our activities, it is crucial to engage and address the needs of the local stakeholders. We continue to do this through various engagement activities, including: - E-newsletters – we ask every person who attends our events to sign up to our mailing list to keep them informed about future events and what we have been up to. - Website (www.forestreetforall.com) – we keep our website up to date with past and future events. - Social media platform. - Leaflets and posters. - Activating Fore Street Living Room Library and Angel Yard with our events. - Providing paid opportunities for local people, artists, facilitators, creatives and musicians to perform, steward, host workshops etc. at our events. - Collaborated with other Enfield based organisations, and those from further afield.
