The company's activities include organising family friendly Novuss Events across England with many taking place in the rural county of Lincolnshire. Events has been organised in Boston, Birmingham, Evesham, Portsmouth, Swineshead, Leicester. During these events not only Latvian nationals, but other people from different background has come to learn about novuss, play novuss. Because of our activities people don't feel so lonely because some of them has poor English language knowledge and communication with Other Latvians allows them to interact and socialise. These events also help with Latvian national integration in I-JK, understand UK law. As well as to entertain adults our company also support youth. They are attending our gatherings, learning about Novuss, which is heling with reducing Anti-Social behaviour across our communities
We regularly consult with our members, who are our main stakeholders. We consult with them on the frequency, timings and locations of our activities and adapt our services accordingly based on their feedback. We have conducted consultations on the following dates, times and locations - (08/03/2023 Fleckney Village Hall School street, Fleckney Leicester LEB 8AS; 12/08/2023 online; 1 1/11/2023 open meeting Boston, Swineshead Rd., PE20 3NX.)
