Throughout the financial year we have run workshops and trainings for social movement organisations and grassroots groups on topics like strategy, organisational development, coalition building, and collaboration across organisational boundaries. We have also facilitated meetings and workshops for and between organisations and groups to help them tackle specific challenges or organise concrete collaborations. As a result, their members have acquired knowledge and skills in these areas that they can apply autonomously, they have set up ongoing collaborations on specific topics and projects, and they have formed new connections and built trust across thematic and ideological boundaries.
The stakeholders of the company are social movement organisations and other groups involved in and organising activities for social change. We have been consulting with them formally through group calls and by eliciting input and feedback via online forms, and informally through conversations at networking events and community gatherings. In response we are constantly adapting and reshaping our support offerings, e.g. the contents and formats of the workshops and trainings we offer, and the sliding scale fee for these offerings to meet the stakeholders' needs and resources.
A total of £13,084 was paid in director remuneration for the year.
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
