Principal Activities & Operational Review The principal activities of the company during the trading period covered by these accounts were: Service Development Developing tailored support frameworks for local families and young people. Stakeholder Engagement Carrying out key consultations with local healthcare organisations (including Ardour Healthcare Services) and local authorities to align referral pathways. Setup & Compliance Establishing company policies, governance structures, and safeguarding standards to prepare for full-scale service delivery in the upcoming financial year

Company activities and impact

During the trading period covered by these accounts, Nurturing Spaces CIC focused on establishing its core operations and delivering an initial pilot phase of services for our target beneficiaries. Key activities undertaken during this initial period included: 1. Setting up operational frameworks, policies and safeguarding procedures. 2. Conducting community outreach to identify local needs and engage the target participants/families. 3. Delivering initial support sessions/pilot workshops which prioritised community support and youth development. 4. Securing partnerships with local community stakeholders to support the delivery of our future services. Impact & Community Benefit During this financial period, Nurturing Spaces CIC achieved initial positive outcomes for the community. These included: 1. Stakeholder Engagement: Nurturing Spaces CIC built referral pathways with local partners, laying a strong foundation for sustaining a community impact in the upcoming financial year. 2. Direct Support: Nurturing Spaces CIC engaged directly with four individuals/families, providing targeted assistance and a safe, supportive environment through collaborating with our local community stakeholder/partners. 3. Needs Analysis: Nurturing Spaces CIC identified key gaps in the local community to ensure our future services directly address the social, emotional and practical needs of our target market.

Consultation with stakeholders

During our initial trading period, Nurturing Spaces CIC undertook targeted consultations with local health and social care providers, including Ardour Healthcare Services, to shape our operational approach. Identifying Local Needs. We engaged with sector partners to understand gaps in community support, referral pathways and current demand trends for social inclusion, youth development and community access services. Alignment of services. Worked closely with Ardour Healthcare leadership to ensure our support model complemented existing outreach and care provision within the community. Governance & Best Practice. Collected guidance on safeguarding protocols, referral criteria and quality assurance standards to establish strong operational governance from the outset. Community Integration. Set up collaborative communication channels to support cross referrals, early intervention pathways and smooth transitions for individuals moving between support environments. Ongoing Collaboration. Agreed to maintain active dialogue with partners for future signposting, shared training opportunities and continuous improvement in person centred practice.
