COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

TOXTECH PRODUCTIONS CIC

Company Number: 16067745 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 30 November 2025

Company activities and impact

The company was set up in November 2024 to provide a resource for community groups working with vulnerable people, especially those who are recovering from drug and alcohol related problems. To provide access to training and skills development in the area of film and video production. By providing a training offer to existing services, for example drug and alcohol treatment, community recovery organisations, and others working with people not having access to general training and education pathways. To encourage, through a 12 week training offer, individuals and groups to make a 10 minute community film which can be used to promote the organisation whilst providing learning, confidence building, practical skills, and support to access further learning. To offer opportunities for individuals who complete the training package to be involved in the running of the CIC as volunteers, and extending the offer to wider community groups. The CIC has had difficulty with getting the project off the ground due to a lack of funding opportunities and has been dormant. A website has been developed, and policies and procedures such as a volunteer policy, complaints, code of conduct, and other documentation has been produced and ready for operation. We are currently seeking funding support to trade
