Basis of accounting

The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the FRS 105 Financial Reporting Standard for Micro Entities (effective January 2016).

Turnover

Turnover includes service charges received from its Leaseholders for its annual maintenance costs

Taxation

The company exists for the mutual benefit of its members. It does not trade for profit and hence not subject to corporation tax. Any surplus is retained to meet future specified and on-going costs.

2.	Average number of employees Average number of employees during the year was 0 (2025: 0).

Directors' Responsibilities:

For the year ended 31 March 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions.
