For the year ending 31 March 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - Small Entities. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

Compliance with accounting standards
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities. There were no material departures from that standard.
The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets.
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
Tangible fixed assets and depreciation
Tangible assets are included at cost less depreciation and impairment. Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives:

A deferred tax asset of £311,944 has been recognised for the first time in the current year in respect of unrelieved trading losses, measured at the main rate of corporation tax of 25%. The directors consider it probable that the asset will be recovered against forecast taxable profits in future periods.

Post balance sheet events
1. Tangible fixed assets (paste into the free-text/additional disclosure box under the Tangible Fixed Assets note)
During the year the company migrated its accounting records to a new accounting system. On migration the fixed asset register was reviewed and restated. The carrying value of fixtures and fittings reduced by £19,520 in the year, reflecting depreciation charged and the derecognition of assets no longer in use. A motor vehicle was disposed of, the proceeds being settled through the director's loan account; the asset and related accumulated depreciation have been eliminated from the register. These adjustments are not considered material to the financial statements.
2. Prior period adjustment (paste into the Prior Period Adjustment note, or add as a free-text note; also reflected in reserves)
A prior period adjustment has been recognised to correct an error identified in the year ended 31 March 2024, in which purchases and the corresponding creditors were understated by £96,216.71. The correction has been reflected against reserves brought forward. The error had no effect on the current year's result.
3. Deferred tax (paste into the free-text box under the Deferred Tax note)
A deferred tax asset of £311,944 has been recognised for the first time in the current year in respect of unrelieved trading losses, measured at the main rate of corporation tax of 25%. The directors consider it probable that the asset will be recovered against forecast taxable profits in future periods.
