The Company was incorporated on 11 March 2015 as an investment and property rental company.

Political and charitable donations

No contributions to political organisations were made during the period. Charitable donation of £5,000 (2025: £8,500) has been made.

Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 March 2026 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Tangible fixed assets are carried at the lower of cost and net realisable value. All assets purchased in excess of £50 are capitalised and an impairment assessment is completed at each financial year end to ensure that the realisable value is in excess of the carrying value. If not an impairment write-off is made. Depreciation is provided at rates calculated to write off the cost less residual value of each asset over its expected useful life on a straight-line basis as follows Equipment 3 years Furniture and fittings 5 years Motor vehicles 5 Years

    Valuation information and policy

    Investment properties and other investments are carried at fair value. No depreciation is provided.

4. Fixed assets investments note

The investment consists of True Potential Offshore Bond Policies, with the premium divided between a cash account and linked investments. The linked investments and the cash account are used to determine the surrender and the death benefit of the policies.The investment In Keel Close Investments Limited consists of a shareholding of 50 per cent, as well as a share of 50 per cent of the financing required by the company to invest in a House in Multiple Occupancy situated in Canada Water in London. The property was acquired at the end of March 2025 and did not have any income or return during the prior financial year.
