Additional Disclosures
Prior year adjustment – narrative During the year, the directors identified that an amount of £800 previously recorded in the year ended 31st May 2025 as a dividend was incorrectly classified. On review, this transaction represented a repayment of the director’s loan liability rather than a distribution of profits. Accordingly, the prior year figures have been restated to correct this misclassification. Prior year adjustment – impact As a result of this prior year adjustment, retained earnings at 31st May 2025 have increased by £800, with a corresponding decrease in dividends paid and a reduction in the director’s loan liability. The correction has no impact on the company’s total net assets at 31st May 2025 or at 31st May 2026, and does not affect the current year profit or loss.
