3	Off-balance sheet arrangements

Land ownership
On 11th May 2016 land lying to the South of Front Street, Whitburn, known locally as The Rookery was gifted to the company, by the members, for £nil consideration.

This land was still owned by the company as at 31st July 2025.

Expenditure
All expenditure incurred on behalf of the company, in relation to the upkeep of the land, is borne by the members personally.

There is no requirement for the company to repay these expenses to members.

Statement of Financial Position as at 31 July 2025

For the financial year ending 31 July 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:

•	The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476; and
•	The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the micro entities regime and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. As permitted by section 444 (5A) of the Companies Act 2006, the director has not delivered to the registrar a copy of the Income Statement.
