Accounting policies |

Basis of preparation |
|
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard), "Accounting and Reporting by Charities" the Statement of Recommended Practice for Charities applying FRS 102, the Companies Act 2006 and UK Generally Accepted Accounting Practice as it applies from 1 January 2015. |

Incoming resources |
|
Voluntary income including donations, gifts and legacies are recognised where there is entitlement, which is generally on receipt, and the amount can be measured with sufficient reliability. |

Restricted Funds |
|
Restricted Funds are to be used for specific purposes as specified within the object of the Charity. Expenditure which meets these criteria, will be identified to the fund, together with a fair allocation of management and support costs. There was no restricted fund during the year. |

Unrestricted Funds |
|
Unrestricted Funds are donations and other income received or generated for the objects of the Charity without further specified purpose and are available for general funds. |

Resources expended |
|
Charitable expenditure comprises those costs incurred by the charitable company in direct pursuit of its charitable objectives. It includes both costs that can be allocated directly to such activities and those costs of an indirect nature necessary to support them. Governance expenditure includes those costs associated with meeting statutory requirements of the charitable company and cannot be allocated to direct charitable expenditure. |
