    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Tangible fixed assets are included at cost less depreciation and impairment. Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their useful economic lives: Plant & Machinery: 5 years straight line Fixtured & Fittings: 5 years straight line Office Equipment: 5 years straight line

Company activities and impact

During the financial year, Udamon CIC designed and delivered practical learning experiences to improve employability, workplace readiness and professional capability for students, graduates and early-career professionals. Udamon CIC worked in partnership with universities, employers and education organisations to develop digital learning programmes, interactive simulations and skills development resources. These activities aimed to make career development more accessible, helping learners build confidence, judgement and practical workplace skills through realistic, evidence-informed learning experiences. Udamon CIC’s work particularly supported young people and those preparing to enter employment by improving access to high-quality career education, employer insight and professional development. Feedback from learners and partner organisations demonstrated strong engagement and positive outcomes, contributing to improved confidence, employability and workplace preparedness.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company regularly consulted stakeholders throughout the design and delivery of its programmes. Stakeholders included learners, university partners, employers, careers professionals and learning and development practitioners. Consultation took place through workshops, interviews, pilot programmes, learner feedback, client review meetings and ongoing evaluation. Feedback was used to improve programme design, increase accessibility, strengthen the practical relevance of learning experiences and ensure that content reflected real workplace challenges and learner needs.

Directors' remuneration

The appointed director received a salary during the year in reflection of his contribution to the company. The total received was £5,785.
