    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Financial Reporting Standard 101

    Other accounting policies

    Income is made up from donations, workshops and fundraising activities. Any surplus income at year end automatically rolls forward to the next financial year.

Company activities and impact

Lips Inked Arts CIC continues to provide community arts programmes to people in Stockport and Manchester. This year we have delivered creative arts and wellbeing sessions to parents, children, and adults. We have created accessible opportunities to engage with the arts for our participants by giving them a place to meet, socialise, and learn new skills. This has helped combat social isolation and enhance their sense of wellbeing and community belonging. Lips Inked Arts has engaged with over 100 participants in the last year.

Consultation with stakeholders

The directors, Lucy Jackson and Delphine Evans meet monthly to discuss any actions required in terms of the company, and make sure they are in agreement before any decision is made.

Directors' remuneration

There were no other transactions or arrangements aside from those figures contained in the financial statements, in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed

Transfer of assets

No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
