Additional Disclosures
The directors have assessed the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of not less than twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The company traded profitably in the year ended 31 October 2025 and continues to maintain an active pipeline of work within the construction sector. Having considered the company's financial position, cash flow requirements and available resources, the directors are satisfied that the company has adequate means to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, these financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.
