The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 2 (previous period: 2).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
At 31 October 2025, amounts of £37,432 and £34,435 were due from Joshua Clark and Liam Clark respectively. The balances were unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand. Subsequent to the year end, dividends were declared and credited to the directors’ loan accounts. Subsequent to the year end, dividends were declared on 30 May 2026 which cleared the balances outstanding at 31 October 2025.
