The balance sheet shows net liabilities of £63,721. Creditors includes £32,000 of advanced subscriptions for which equity shares are expected to be issued within 12 months.The director confirms the company will be financially supported by its creditors for the foreseeable future and, therefore, the going concern basis of preparation is appropriate.
