During the period ended 31st December 2023, some transactions were recorded incorrectly in error. The effects of these transactions being recorded in the correct period are as follows:

• Fixed Assets has increased by £2,053,673

• Creditors has increased by £2,069,760

• Profit and Loss for the year is restated to a £16,087 loss in the year from a £nil profit/loss. The change consists of Expenditure increasing by £16,087.

• There are no additional corporation tax charges as a result of this restatement.

For the year ended 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
