The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 August 2025

Principal activities of the company

We concentrate on online education to eliminate the language , numerary skill barrier who are considered to be in deprived areas in the globe. We believe in equality and inclusiveness so that no one will be left behind because of their various disabilities. In order to strengthen our beliefs We are also focussing on promoting disabled and autistic children to create employability whilst engaging various upskill programmes.

Company policy on disabled employees

Provide health check at the time of recruitment by registered nurse or doctor act accordingly to accommodate the individuals. Provide work life balance all around and let them to find hours that suites them at least to work few hours during core hours of the organisation. Mostly them working or studying from home but will ensure they are supported to use display screen equipment and other work that revolves around the job role safe.

Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 August 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

    Income Policy : Income strictly receives from 1226 Accounting limited. This income will be spent on designing the online library and provide various teaching materials, online access to computer and provide internet access.
