1 Statutory information
Haven Elite Group Limited is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 15124803.
2 Directors' advances, credit and guarantees
Included in other creditors is a balance due to the director of £163,865 (2024 : £154,826). No interest is payable on this balance and it is repayable on demand.
3 Average number of employees

For the year ending 30 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
