Significant accounting policies

Basis of preparation

These financial statements have been prepared in compliance with Section 1A of FRS 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements are prepared in sterling which is the functional currency of the company.

Tangible fixed assets

Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less accumulated depreciation. No additions, disposals, or depreciation charges arose during the year.
