2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The company has net liabilities at the balance sheet date. The director has considered the company's forecast trading and cash flows, and the shareholder loan is not expected to be called for repayment such that it would affect the company's ability to continue trading. On that basis the accounts have been prepared on the going concern basis.
