2.2. Basis Other Than Going Concern The company ceased trading on 31 December 2025 and the director intends to settle the company’s remaining liabilities, realise its remaining assets and apply for voluntary strike-off. The financial statements have therefore been prepared on a basis other than going concern. The director considers that no material adjustments to the carrying values of assets and liabilities are required as a result, because the company’s assets and liabilities principally comprise cash, a director’s loan debtor and Corporation Tax payable.
