Company activities and impact

Quiet Time Therapy CIC provides accessible, high-quality mental health support through evidence-based therapies such as CBT, EFT, and integrative approaches. We specialise in working with young adults and individuals from marginalised or underrepresented backgrounds, offering a compassionate and non-judgemental space to explore difficulties such as trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and identity-based challenges. Alongside one-to-one therapy, we deliver community-focused programmes, workshops, and group support designed to reduce barriers to accessing care. Our impact is seen in enabling clients to improve emotional resilience, build healthier coping strategies, and strengthen their sense of identity and belonging. By offering reduced-rate therapy and targeted community initiatives, we increase accessibility to mental health care for those who may not otherwise be able to access it. Through this work we aim to break cycles of silence, support long-term wellbeing, and empower individuals to thrive personally and socially.
