COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

SUPERDOGS RESCUE CIC

Company Number: 16050046 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 31 October 2025

Company activities and impact

The company continued to operate as a Community Interest Company dedicated to improving animal welfare by rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming dogs from Cyprus into suitable permanent homes within the United Kingdom. During the financial year, the company successfully rehomed approximately 40 dogs into carefully selected homes across the UK. Working closely with its rescue partners in Cyprus, the company funded veterinary treatment, rehabilitation, transport and other welfare costs to ensure each dog received the care required before rehoming. The company also undertook a range of fundraising activities to support these objectives, enabling it to respond to the ongoing needs of rescue dogs requiring medical treatment, rehabilitation and safe transport. In addition, the company promoted responsible pet ownership and raised awareness of the welfare challenges faced by abandoned and neglected dogs. All funds raised by the company were applied solely in furtherance of its community benefit objectives. Any surplus generated was retained within the company and reinvested to support future rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming activities, with no distributions made for private benefit.
