2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Other accounting policies
Grant income is recognised in profit or loss when the related expenditure is incurred. £2,300 received in respect of equipment not purchased at the balance sheet date has been deferred.
