Different Level CIC exists to improve the wellbeing, confidence and life opportunities of individuals through mentoring, coaching, education and community-based programmes. During the financial year, the company delivered a number of activities that provided direct community benefit. In July and September 2025, Different Level CIC delivered two free Nostalgic Dance and Chat workshops at the Pepper Pot Centre as part of the Fathers of the Community event. These sessions were designed for people aged over 50 and provided opportunities for social interaction, physical activity and improved wellbeing. The workshops encouraged participants to reconnect through music, movement and conversation, helping to reduce social isolation while promoting positive mental health. In October 2025, Different Level CIC delivered a free Mindfulness Taster Session at Kensington Town Hall. The session introduced participants to practical mindfulness techniques that can be used to manage stress, improve emotional wellbeing and build resilience in everyday life. The company also delivered a paid mentoring and tutoring programme on behalf of Evolve in Feltham. Through this programme, Different Level CIC provided one-to-one mentoring and educational support to young people, helping to improve confidence, engagement with learning, personal development and future aspirations. Income generated through this contract supports the company's wider community objectives and enables the continued development of charitable and low-cost community programmes. Alongside these activities, Different Level CIC continued to develop partnerships with schools, community organisations and local stakeholders to expand its reach and identify future opportunities to deliver mentoring, coaching and wellbeing programmes that create lasting positive outcomes for the communities it serves.
During the reporting period, the company engaged with stakeholders including Pepper Pot Centre through the Fathers of the Community events, Kensington Town Hall through the Mindfulness Taster Session, and Evolve through the delivery of a mentoring and tutoring programme. The company has also developed relationships with community networks and organisations, including Community Catalysts, to understand local needs, identify opportunities for collaboration and improve access to community-based support. Feedback from participants and partner organisations has helped shape the company's approach to programme delivery. This feedback has highlighted the importance of accessible mentoring, wellbeing support, social connection and opportunities for personal development. Different Level CIC continues to use stakeholder feedback to develop services that respond to community needs and create positive social impact.
