Company activities and impact

During the financial year November 2024 to November 2025, Stress Less Kit CIC continued to deliver wellbeing support and stress-management programmes to children and young people within educational settings. The CIC primarily worked with Newfield School, an alternative provision setting supporting pupils aged 8–16 with social, emotional and mental health needs. Through workshops and wellbeing sessions, pupils were introduced to practical techniques to support emotional regulation, reduce stress and anxiety, develop self-awareness and improve their ability to manage challenges. The CIC also supported Year 11 pupils at St John Bosco School in preparation for their GCSE examinations. Through targeted workshops, pupils were taught strategies and techniques to help reduce exam-related stress, improve resilience and support their emotional wellbeing during this important period. Stress Less Kit CIC continued to fulfil its community purpose by providing accessible wellbeing education and practical tools to help young people develop lifelong skills for managing stress and supporting positive mental health.

Consultation with stakeholders

Yes, consultation has taken place with stakeholders during the financial year November 2024 to November 2025. The CIC’s key stakeholders include the children and young people who participate in Stress Less Kit workshops, schools and education professionals who commission or support the sessions, and parents/carers who have an interest in the wellbeing of the young people supported. Feedback has been gathered through discussions with school staff, observations during sessions, informal feedback from pupils, and ongoing communication with education settings following delivery of workshops. Stakeholders have been encouraged to share their views on the content, accessibility and impact of the sessions. Feedback from stakeholders has informed the development and delivery of future workshops, ensuring that sessions remain relevant to the needs of young people. In response to feedback, Stress Less Kit CIC has continued to adapt activities and resources to better support emotional regulation, stress management and resilience, particularly for pupils experiencing social, emotional and mental health challenges.
