The Company is a not-for-profit organisation that supports neurodivergent adults and teenagers, with or without a formal diagnosis. Support is delivered through creative activities and practices, which encourage peer support and provide meaningful, accessible assistance to members of the community. The CIC was established in 2025. During the the first operational year 2025–2026, the Company’s activities have benefited the community in the following ways: -Supporting neurodivergent adults and teenagers within the local community, including individuals who are late-diagnosed or currently on a diagnostic pathway. -Providing peer-led support without the need for referral through statutory services, making support more accessible to those who may otherwise face barriers to accessing help. -Delivering low-cost creative and social activities at accessible times throughout the week, increasing opportunities for participation, inclusion, and community engagement. -Reducing waste through the upcycling and reuse of furniture, which has then been made available for use by attendees. -Using recycled and surplus paint materials within creative activities, helping to reduce environmental waste and promote more sustainable practices within the community. -Helping to reduce social isolation and improve wellbeing among participants. -Supporting attendees to form friendships outside of the centre and develop ongoing non-clinical support networks
