2Accounting Policies
Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
(1) The Company has effectively been dormant for over 20 years and has carried out no trading or business other than completion of statutory submissions during that time.
(2) The cost of completing statutory returns to date, namely £405 paid by Fergus Alexander (Director), is shown in the previous balance sheet for the year to July 31st 2025. As the above noted Director, I confirm I have written off any debt due to this cost and removed from the final balance sheet.
(3) The provision of £2000 against any liabilities has not been required and I have removed it from the balance sheet. The net value of the company is now £11, which is held in the companies bank account. The Bankers, Virgin Bank have been asked to close the accounts.
(4) The Directors have agreed to strike off the company and are in the process of completing the submission with Companies house.
