3. Related Party Transaction
During the year, the company transferred an investment property to a connected party, being the former shareholder and spouse of the director, as part of a divorce settlement.
The transfer was not undertaken under normal market conditions and no consideration was received. The property had a carrying value of £273,822 and a market value of £325,000 at the date of transfer.
The transaction has been reflected through the director’s loan account.

For the year ending 30 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
