During the year, the company incurred a loss of £105,735.49. At the balance sheet date, the company owed the director £296,130.37, primarily arising from business expenses paid personally by the director and credited to the director's current account.
The director has reviewed the company's cash flow forecasts for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The director has confirmed that repayment of the balance on the director's current account will not be demanded unless the company has sufficient funds to make such repayments and will continue to provide financial support as required.
On the basis of the continued financial support of the director and the director's assessment of the company's future trading prospects, the director consider that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis.
