Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro- entities Regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to

Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the company made advances to Mr A Wilkinson, a director, totalling £5,033 (2024 - £3,333). Repayments of £2,869 were made and so the balance outstanding at the year end, 31 October 2025, was £2,164 (2024 - £nil). During the year the company made advances to Mr N Askew, a director, totalling £5,150 (2024 - £3, 333). Repayments of £2,450 were made and so the balance outstanding at the year end, 31 October 2025, was £2,700 (2024 - £nil). Where applicable, interest is charged on overdrawn loan accounts at the rate of 2.25% per annum to 5 April 2025 and 3.75% per annum thereafter, loans are repayable on demand.
