| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| Revenue recognition |
| Revenue is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable for the provision of consultancy services associated with ventilation equipment and the sale of ventilation products. |
| Revenue for the provision of services is recognised when the client approve the services at which time the risks and rewards associated with the services pass to the client |
| Revenue for the sale of goods is recognised when the goods are delivered at which time the risks and rewards associated with the goods pass to the customer. |

| Taxation |
