The community has been accessing an in depth structural support network. This has included mentorship, with weekly calls and education. It has included regular discussions to solve problems with respect to work environments on a weekly basis. We have been able to share research and detailed ways of working to support the way people develop. We know that the Nhs has been particularly under resourced and this has been helpful in developing the members. The Whatsapp has been really constructive to support the way young members access information and job oppurtunities.
Stake holders have been engaged through calls and messaging. Stakeholders are Physiotherapists who are striving and developing at differing levels of their career. We all communicate through a messaging group regularly. There are 59 members, some paying for mentorship and some non paying members. Approximately 10 paying members. We constantly have discussions and consultations with members, asking what they need and what would be beneficial for their wellbeing. Engagement has been low, with reduced motivation due to squeeze on economics. We have seen a real change in overall wellbeing with health and social care demand increasing. The problem we find is there is burnout and extensive fatigue!
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
