1 Statutory information

2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
During the year, a loan of £171,780 was advanced to Director Mr Nathan Cliff. As at the reporting date, the loan remains outstanding and has not yet been repaid by the director. This loan is unsecured and repayable on demand. Interest amounting to £6,442 has been charged in respect of this loan, calculated in accordance with the official rate of interest set by HMRC. The interest has been recognized in the books of Cliff Developments Limited.
3 Average number of employees
During the period the average number of employees was 0.
For the period ending 31 August 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
