Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the period, the company made advances to a director, Mr Tonie Odeniyi, in the ordinary course of business through the director's loan account. An amount of £4077.11 was outstanding at the balance sheet date. The loan was unsecured, interest-free, and repayable on demand. No formal written loan agreement was in place. Subsequent to the year end, on 27 July 2026, the balance was cleared in full by way of a dividend declared in favour of the director.
