Savage Baby Productions Ltd Notes to the Accounts for the period from 29 October 2024 to 31 October 2025
Going concern
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors have considered all available information about the future for a period of at least 12 months from the date on which these financial statements are authorised for issue. The company is reliant on the continued financial support of its directors. The directors have confirmed their intention and ability to provide the necessary financial support and not to seek repayment of amounts owed to them where doing so would prejudice the company’s ability to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Accordingly, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and consider the going concern basis of preparation to be appropriate. The directors have not identified any material uncertainties that may cast significant doubt on the company’s ability to continue as a going concern.
