Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.
The company had a deficit of current assets over current liabilities of £27,469 (2024 deficit £38,418) and the balance sheet had a deficiency of assets of £28,251 (2024 surplus £2,239) at the balance sheet date.
