The figures listed in this filing are true but are not representative of the activities of the replacement vehicle, GOOD GIVING CONSULTING (which is a trading name, NOT a registered company.)

The only expense which flows through this account is the fee attributed to the annual filing of the Companies House Confirmation Statement. It was £34 in 2025 and will increase to £50 for 2026.
