These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Additional Disclosures
Revenue Recognition: The company recognises revenue from cryptocurrency mining at the point new coins are awarded. Revenue is measured at the GBP equivalent of the fair market value of the cryptocurrency at the date of acquisition. Inventory: Cryptocurrency received as a result of mining activity is treated as inventory in accordance with Section 13 of FRS 105. Inventory is initially measured at cost and subsequently carried at the lower of cost and net realisable value. Tangible Fixed Assets: Mining equipment is capitalised and depreciated over its estimated useful life or eligible for AIA. Loan Receivable: The company has issued an interest-only loan of £80,883.02 repayable in full at request. Interest of 2.75% per annum is received annually. The loan is included under debtors falling due after more than one year. Interest income is recognised on an accrual basis.
