Principal Activities The company exists to benefit members of the local community and the wider Kent area by providing training facilities, equipment, and suitable space for instruction in Chinese Martial Arts disciplines, including Tai Chi, Qigong, Wushu Kung Fu, and Sanda (Chinese Kickboxing). We are committed to serving the whole community equally, regardless of gender, ethnicity, disability, or age. To make our sessions more accessible to members who are unable to travel further afield, we rent halls in various local areas. In addition, we operate a dedicated centre equipped with sport-specific and protective equipment, enabling members to enhance their learning and excel in their chosen discipline. We also run outreach groups within the community to widen access to our activities and engage members who may not otherwise be able to take part. Our facilities are designed to support performance development and competitive participation, while also improving members' overall fitness. The training we provide has led to increased participation in competitions, along with measurable improvements in health, fitness, confidence, and social interaction among our members.
