1. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
Included in creditors falling due after 1 year is a signifcant amount loaned by the directors' daughter Miss Abigail Rumble to the company. Though no repayment terms have been written for this loan it has been verbally agreed that the loan can be repaid to Miss Abigail Rumble upon request.
