Watered Seed CIC has benefited the community during the financial year by delivering seminars and educational programmes focused on self-empowerment, personal development, and integrity-based values for young girls. Our activities are designed to equip participants with the confidence, character, and life skills needed to make positive decisions and become responsible members of society. Through our workshops and mentoring sessions, we promote virtues such as honesty, respect, accountability, resilience, and leadership. These programmes provide a supportive environment where young girls can develop self-esteem, improve their understanding of positive values, and gain practical guidance to help them navigate personal, educational, and social challenges. By encouraging strong moral foundations and empowering young women to reach their full potential, Watered Seed CIC contributes to the development of confident, responsible, and community-minded individuals. Our work directly supports community wellbeing by fostering positive role models and encouraging behaviours that benefit families, schools, and the wider community.
Watered Seed CIC engages with stakeholders, including programme participants, parents, guardians, community leaders, volunteers, and partner organisations, to understand the needs of young girls within the community. Feedback is gathered through discussions, questionnaires, informal consultations, and post-event evaluations. The feedback received has helped shape the content and delivery of our seminars, ensuring that topics relating to self-empowerment, personal integrity, character development, leadership, and positive decision-making remain relevant and beneficial to participants. Stakeholders have expressed support for the organisation's mission of promoting virtue-based teaching and empowering young girls to achieve their full potential. The company remains committed to ongoing stakeholder engagement and uses feedback to continuously improve its programmes and maximise community benefit.
