Principal activities of the company
Additional information
During the year, the company continued to provide childcare, therapeutic services and community-based support programmes for children, young people and families across Wolverhampton and the wider Black Country. The organisation received over 600 referrals and expanded its sustainable childcare provision, helping to subsidise concessionary places for families experiencing financial hardship. The Board implemented a strategy focused on financial sustainability, income diversification and organisational resilience, resulting in a return to surplus and a strengthened financial position

During the year, Reach and Unite Outreach and Empowerment CIC supported children, young people and families across Wolverhampton and the Black Country through childcare, therapeutic services and early intervention support. The organisation received over 600 referrals and provided 15 concessionary childcare places for families facing financial hardship. Therapeutic programmes delivered measurable improvements in emotional wellbeing, confidence, trauma recovery and family stability. By providing accessible, inclusive and affordable services, the company helped improve outcomes and strengthen resilience within the local community.
