Tangible Fixed Asset Policy
Assets are measured initially at cost and subsequently at fair value at the reporting date. Changes in fair value are recognized in the Profit and Loss Account. Depreciation is not provided on Building as they are held for their investment potential rather than operational use.

Deferred Tax
Calculate deferred tax on the accumulated gain (New Fair Value minus Original Historic Cost) at the current rate of 25% and update the liability under Provisions for Liabilities on the Balance Sheet.

3. Exceptional Items
Investment Properties:Fair Value / Revaluation:The company's investment properties were revalued on 25 October 2024 to their fair value of £1,050,000.The revaluation resulted in an adjustment of £137,549 which has been recognized in the Profit and Loss account for the period.The valuation was carried out by VDA on an open market basis.
