| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| Going concern |
| The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, not withstanding the company's net liabilities, as the director of the company confirms she will provide support as necessary and intends to ensure there is adequate working capital for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these accounts. Thus the director continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. |

| Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. |
| Turnover represents the provision of management consulting services including social services and is recognised upon completion of performance obligations. |
