General information

A.D Accounting Solutions Ltd is a private company, limited by shares and registered in the United Kingdom.

 

The presentation and functional currency are £ sterling.

 

1)     Significant accounting policies:

 

Statement of compliance

These financial statements have been prepared in compliance with FRS 102 - Th Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland, and the Companies Act 2006

 

Basis of preparation

These financial statements have been prepared under the historic cost convention as modified by the revaluation of land and building and certain financial instruments measured at fair value in accordance with the accounting policies.

 

The financial statements are prepared in sterling which is the functional currency of the company.

 

2)     Debtors

At 31 October 2024 amounts falling due to the company within one year was £64,060 (2023: £64,060) and relates to a deposit paid to acquire a residential property. The contractual completion date is 31 December 2026.

 

3)     Creditors

At 31 October 2025 amounts falling due from the Company within one year was £71,541 (2024: £70,041) and relates to amounts due to the director.
