| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| At the year end the company had net liabilities of £18,273. Included within creditors is an amount of £345,206 owed to the related company and £23,312 owed to director. The company is dependent on the financial support of both the related company and director who have continued to provide support this since the year end. On this basis, the director considers it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis. |

| The Company enters into basic financial instruments that result in the recognition of financial assets and liabilities like trade and other accounts receivable and payable, loans from banks and other third parties and loans to related parties. |
