    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Other accounting policies

    Basis of preparation The financial statements have been prepared on the historical cost basis, as modified by the revaluation of certain financial assets and liabilities and investment properties measured at fair value through profit or loss. The financial statements are prepared in sterling, which is the functional currency of the entity.

Company activities and impact

The company's activities provide benefit to athletes both professional and non professional, children, individuals with learning disabilities and mental health issues. Those individuals that will benefit will be from disadvantaged backgrounds. Activities are in the form of running coaching and fitness classes/sessions and will be delivered by England Athletes qualified coaches. The beneficiaries benefit from training that is usually only available to elite athletes from the running world.

Consultation with stakeholders

The organisation consults with a variety of sporting clubs and charitable organisation to assist with delivery of athletic coaching.

Directors' remuneration

In the year directors received fees amounting to £12,600.
