Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the period the Director had a loan account with the company. At 1 November 2024 the Director was owed £21,205 by the company. During the year the company provided further loan advances of £109,945 and repayments were made of £74,105. At 31 October 2025 the Director owed the company £14,635. Interest of £855 has been calculated and charged on this loan using HM Revenue and Customs official rate for beneficial loan arrangements.
